David brings over 28 years of experience as a structural engineer, specializing in every phase of construction, from preliminary and final design to project management and construction review. He’s worked on a wide range of projects, including new construction, renovations, repairs, and non-building structures, designing everything from industrial and commercial facilities to residential buildings across nearly all 50 states.

David is skilled in designing with steel, concrete, masonry, wood, and light gauge steel and is highly knowledgeable about major building codes, including the International Building Code (IBC) and Florida Building Code. His expertise also extends to structural designs for manufacturing, utility, and military projects, as well as assessing storm damage for residential and condo structures.

With a passion for teaching, David has trained engineers in steel connection design, seismic requirements, stability standards, and effective use of design software. Licensed in Alabama, Florida, and Wisconsin, David combines technical expertise with a practical, solutions-oriented approach to deliver successful outcomes for every project.
